RETURN POLICIES
Please Read Carefully for Successful Product Returns
Choose your Fine Art Prints, Photography and Graphics carefully. ART IS SUBJECTIVE, meaning it is up to you to determine as best you can, whether your purchase appropriate for your purposes. There can be several reasons for returning items that are acceptable and result in refunding all or part of your purchase price.

NOTICE: PACKAGING OF RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE EQUIVALENT TO THE SHIPPER'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

All returned Fine Art Prints, Photography and Graphics and other items should be shipped insured for the full purchase amount. Should an item be damaged in return shipping due to mishandling or poor packaging, shipper's insurance is the most reliable method of recovering the costs involved.

If you receive Fine Art Prints, Photography and Graphics or other item with damaged packaging, do not open it until you take pictures of the damage and make a statement in writing describing that damage. The Carrier and the Shipper, Our Art Source, must be notified immediately when damaged goods are received. If damage is noted on delivery, make sure the Carrier records it. This needs to be done so that Our Art Source can recover damages to insured shipments from the assigned Carrier.. Failure to sufficiently document carrier damages to packages upon receipt, that results in monetary loss to the insured, Our Art Source, will not be reimbursed.

Because art and graphics are subjective, returns based on your decision that an item is not to your liking for ascetic reasons, i.e. colors won't work in your environment, no longer suitable for your purposes or you just don't want an item anymore or for other subjective reason, the buyer will be responsible for return packaging, shipping and insurance. Our Art Source will reimburse the buyer for the purchase price and applicable taxes only, so long as the item is returned in Sell-able Condition.

If Fine Art Prints, Photography and Graphics or other items are returned because of damage or because the item is below the quality standard as described in Our Art Source marketing information or other mechanical reason, Our Art Source will reimburse you for the item and return shipping only. Return packaging and insurance are the Buyer's responsibility.

Upon receipt of Sell-able Condition returned Fine Art Prints, Photography and Graphics or other items: Our Art Source will document the return packaging condition prior to opening the item with photographs to accompany a written 'statement of condition'. If it is determined that the returned item is received in sell-able condition Our Art Source will issue a refund in the equivalent tender used for the original purchase. Generally that will mean cash, check, or credit card charge reimbursement. In such instances, reimbursement will include; purchase price of item, applicable sales tax and return shipping cost only.

Upon receipt of non-sell-able Fine Art Prints, Photography and Graphics or other items, (those damaged in shipping, so that they cannot be resold in original condition): Our Art Source will immediately notify the Carrier then document the return packaging condition prior to opening the item with photographs to accompany a written 'statement of condition'. If the return packaging is damaged and the contents are damaged so that the item(s) cannot be resold, Our Art Source will provide documentation and support the Buyer so that you may recover damages on insured returns from the Carrier you used for return shipping.

Upon receipt of Buyer damaged non-sell-able Fine Art Prints, Photography and Graphics or other item(s), Our Art Source will provide photographs to accompany a written 'statement of condition' that explains in detail the determination that such damage is the responsibility of the Buyer and no reimbursement will occur. Under these conditions, Our Art Source, provided the Buyer includes the necessary contact information, will contact the Buyer directly to explain our decision and discuss it as necessary. Whenever possible in the framework of doing business for profit, Our Art Source reserves the right to modify it's no reimbursement decision according to communications between the Buyer and Our Art Source to include partial or full reimbursement of the sale price and applicable taxes for that particular transaction.

It is always the goal of Our Art Source to provide great customer service and fairness in all transactions and we will attempt to meet any reasonable request for refunds based on the information provided above in a timely manner.
